Sextoy.com upgrades its look just in time for nominations from Cybersocket and Xbiz for “Retail Site of the Year”. “Many people think my company CNV.com Inc. makes most of its money from SEXTOY.com, but actually it has always been our affiliate program (myfreewebsite.com) and wholesale dropship site (sextoyclub.com) that earns the majority of sales.” explains owner Dave Levine. “But a few years ago, I decided to start on a plan to increase sales on SEXTOY.com and so far it has grown 1000%!” Ten times growth sounds impressive, but that comes from a low level when the SEXTOY.com site was one page and absent from search engines. The site now has original content, blogs, videos, and marketing efforts. SEXTOY.com is happy to report its biggest Holiday season ever by a large margin.

The parent company CNV.com Inc. has also invested in all aspects of improving conversions on the site from adding thousands of new products as well as many new ways for customers to find those products. The breath of products has spread from only sex toys a few years ago to now include over 40,000 DVD’s and a wide selection of bondage items, lingerie, clothing including recently added Hustler apparel. “We at Hustler Apparel are ecstatic that our lines of mens and womens apparel are now available through SEXTOY.com. It’s always exciting when two strong brands align to deliver the very best customer service and product experience the likes which SEXTOY.com has become known to offer.” Rudy Flores, National Sales Manager, LFP Apparel, LLC.

SEXTOY.com says it is not done growing. We haven’t even started with any Pay Per Click advertising and our SEO marketing has more room to run. SEXTOY.com lost some great free marketing - VH1’s Megan Wants a Millionaire was canceled due to one of the contestants, Ryan Jenkins, committing a murder and then killing himself. Owner Dave Levine (AKA Sex Toy Dave) explains, “I had dinner with Ryan and his wife weeks before this tragedy. They were actually making out during dinner! I planned a pool party followed by watching episode 4 where I was sure that I would have lots of air time. I invited Ryan and his wife to that party. He apparently committed the murder on Friday and emailed me regarding my party on Saturday saying ‘can’t make it bro’. and then the show was promptly canceled” Fortunately for Dave, his career did not hinge on yet another reality show appearance and he as put that negative experience behind him.

Sex Toy Dave will be having his next promotion at Hollywood nightclub Hyde on Sunset Blvd on Jan 14 where he will be giving away vibrators to the first 100 girls. The party will also celebrate the launch of the new SEXTOY.com lube. The SEXTOY.com lube, vibrating rabbit, and bullet vibrator can all be found on the front page of SEXTOY.com. Or if those three items are not what you are looking for, they have over 135,000 other items to choose from.

Sex Toy Dave is on another TV show. Dave appears at the beginning of Episode 6 on TV Land’s Joan Rivers’ show “How Did You Get So Rich?”

For the pilot for the show, Dave went to brunch on Rodeo Drive with two beautiful women
before heading to a pool party. Joan “ambushed” them at the cafe. “I never thought our clips were going to be on TV because I thought that footage was only for the pilot. But then I suddenly started getting phone calls that I was on TV again,” Dave told us.

In 2008, Dave appeared on season 1 of Bravo’s “Millionaire Matchmaker” and this year Dave was on season 2 of VH1’s “Megan Wants a Millionaire.” Now you can see him on Joan Rivers’ TV Land program, “How’d You Get So Rich.”

“I was shocked and excited to hear the domain SEXTOY.com mentioned on the air on TV Land. Usually the only domains I can promote in mainstream media are CNV.com, SextoyDave.com, and MyFreeWebsite.com so I was quite excited to hear the words ’sex toy dot com’ on mainstream TV!” explains the entrepreneur.

Sex Toy Dave is David Levine, owner of CNV.com Inc which primarily makes its money by helping other people distribute adult products, mostly on the internet. Dave’s MyFreeWebsite.com was the world’s first affiliate program for adult products and SextoyClub.com is an internet leader at selling adult products at wholesale prices and drop shipping for other adult businesses.

A few years ago, Dave moved to Hollywood from Boston. He bought a mansion in the hills, installed a stripper pole in his living room, and started giving out vibrators at every event. He soon became known throughout Hollywood as “Sex Toy Dave.” If you want to meet Dave, you can find him September 21-23 at the CNV.com booth at the International Lingerie Show at the Rio in Las Vegas, NV.

Sextoy Dave appears on this show. Dave is referenced on the VH1 website and during the filming of the show by his nickname, Sextoy Dave, but in this preview, he is called “Cyber Toy Dave”. Hopefully they aren’t editing out the word “sextoy” from TV.

They also list Dave’s net worth at 9.5 Million. Dave says, “I wish. That is the revenue of the company, not my net worth. Though if someone wants to buy my company for that amount, give me a call!”

More info on the upcoming show.

Dave Levine, aka Sextoy Dave, owner of SEXTOY.com and parent company CNV.com continues his reality career with his participation on VH1’s “Megan Wants a Millionaire” reality show which premieres August 2. On this show, reality star brat Megan Hauserman searches for material love from rich men who can love her and allow her to be free to shop, sleep and tan. In 2008 and 2009, Sextoy Dave made a national impression on seasons 1 and 2 of Millionaire Matchmaker. On Millionaire Matchmaker, Dave insisted he did not want to be a sugar daddy, so stay tuned to see how these two personalities square off.

“I haven’t seen any of the episodes, but watching the events unfold while I was in the house were often hilarious. I am sure there will be times that I watch myself and cringe, but overall it should be entertaining and of course good marketing,” Dave explains.

These TV appearances have helped Dave with networking and deal making in his industry. “When I go to conventions now, it feels like so many people recognize me. Talking about my TV appearances is usually a fun conversation to break the ice before getting down to business,” Dave explains. Since Dave’s company, which is actually called CNV.com Inc., makes 90% of its money from helping other companies sell adult products on the Internet with the affiliate program (MyFreeWebsite.com) and wholesale/dropship site (SexToyClub.com), these B2B relationships are important to the success of the company.

Dave reports that being on TV can also help increase traffic and helps with his search engine optimization strategies for his retail site SEXTOY.com. Dave adds, “Not only is this free marketing, they actually pay me to do it! The only cost is the embarrassment of being on a crazy show… but actually, I enjoy it and love the attention as well.”
